All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 8 AM EST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 8 AM EST will be shipped in the following 1-3 business days.
Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date is processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.
* Business Days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday).
We at DashingDresses.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until needed information is received and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
Any orders of $200 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package UPS will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. UPS will not be able to leave the package.
We offer a *5 day return policy for eligible items ordered online. Items marked final sale are not returnable. Sale dresses, shoes, coats, clutches and all other accessories are final sales and are not returnable.
*(Please Note: When ordering you will be asked for a “wear date". If this date is before the 5 days than your RA must be requested before that date.)
We offer multiple return options for eligible online orders
* You can return your dress for an online merchandise credit in the full amount (regular price returns)
* You can return your dress for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee (regular price returns)
Return requirements for online orders
* You must request a return authorization within 5 days of the delivery of your order (this includes weekends/holidays as we are here 7 days a week) OR prior to your wear date stated on the order.
* You cannot request a return past the wear date given on the order even if it is within the 5 days.
* Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted.
* The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached.
* Items marked final sale are not returnable. Sale dresses, shoes, coats, clutches and all other accessories are final sales and are not returnable.
* Original dress must be shipped back within 3 business days (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given RA#. If your wear date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
The fine print
Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, It cannot be used towards shipping costs. Balances on merchandise credits are not redeemable in cash. All internet orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our brick and mortar location. Refunds and online merchandise credits will be issued the same day item is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Dresses must be shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS only, post office returns will not be accepted. Anything postmarked after 3 business days an RA is given or without an RA will not be accepted. Any items postmarked after wear date on your order will be rejected. The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. Any returns on orders using promo codes will void promo code.
